A Letter To the Owner

Dear Potential Homeowner,

Thank you for taking the time to consider The Construction Coordinators, LLC. I am thankful that I have been able to have so many great homeowners to work with over the years, and look forward to working with more great people in the years to come.

As the owner and operator of my company, I am personally involved in each and every project we do. It doesn't matter if you meet me at a home show, contact me via my website, or get referred by a friend, you will meet me. I started working with my Dad full time in the summers at the age of 13. I had a unique opportunity that not many people have with my father. He taught me the value of working hard and doing the right thing. I have not forgotten these values, and will do everything I possibly can to make your experience the best it can be.

I myself am just a small town working class type of guy. I have a wife and three children that I adore. I want to continue building a successful company not only for myself, but more importantly for my family. I recognize where I am best suited to fit in the market as a builder. I'm not looking to get into the million dollar home market. To be quite honest, I am just not that type of guy and I wouldn't feel comfortable in that market. I didn't grow up in that environment, so it is hard for me to relate. I feel like my strengths suit the average middle class homeowner. I am very good at helping design things so that your dollar is maximized.

I am very much a "workaholic", and I love my job, but I think my real passion is people. I like to think that I am a very approachable and personable guy, but you can be the judge of that. Obviously it is my goal to give you a superior finished product, no matter what that may be. However, there are a lot of good contractors out there that will give you that. My goal is to go far beyond the actual finished project, and give you a superior experience. I have never had the goal of becoming a huge national builder. Big builders can offer their homeowners a lot of great benefits, but at the end of the day your still"just another house". I want you to feel like you are not just another house, because to me, "you're not"! As I said before, I am personally involved and invested in each and every project we do. I take a lot of pride in giving you a great experience, not just a great final product. Therefore, I am not trying to sell you on the work I do, I am selling you on me! If you can't trust me to be in your home, to do the job right at a fair price and stand behind my work, then I feel like I have failed as your contractor.

Thank you again for taking the time to consider TCC for your next project. If you select me as your contractor, I promise I will do everything in my power to ensure you get the best experience possible!
