A Letter To Potential Customers

Dear Potential Homeowner,

Thank you for taking the time to consider The Construction Coordinators, LLC. I am thankful that I have been able to have so many great homeowners to work with over the years, and I look forward to working with more great people in the years to come.

As the owner and operator of my company, I am personally involved in each and every project we do. It doesn’t matter if you meet me at a home show, contact me via my website, or get referred by a friend, you will meet me. I started working with my Dad full time in the summers at the age of 13. I had a unique opportunity that not many people have with my father. He taught me the value of working hard and doing the right thing. I have not forgotten these values, and I will do everything I possibly can to make your experience the best it can be.

I myself am just a small-town working-class type of guy. I have a wife and three children that I adore. I want to continue building a successful company not only for myself, but more importantly for my family. I recognize where I am best suited to fit in the market as a contractor. I’m not looking to get into the multi-million-dollar home market. To be quite honest, I am just not that type of guy and I wouldn’t feel comfortable in that market. I didn’t grow up in that environment, so it is hard for me to relate. I feel like my strengths suit the average middle-class homeowner. I am very good at helping design things so that your dollar is maximized.

I am very much a “workaholic,” and I love my job, but I think my real passion is people. I like to think that I am a very approachable and personable guy, but you can be the judge of that. Obviously, it is my goal to give you a superior finished product, no matter what that may be. However, there are a lot of good contractors out there that will give you that. My goal is to go far beyond the actual finished project and give you a second to none experience. I have never had the goal of becoming a huge national builder. Big builders can offer their homeowners a lot of great benefits, but at the end of the day your still “just another house.” I want you to feel like you are not just another house, because to me, “you’re not!” As I said before, I am personally involved and invested in each and every project we do. I take a lot of pride in giving you a great experience, not just a great final product. Therefore, I am not trying to sell you on the work I do, I am selling you on me! If you can’t trust me to be in your home, to do the job right at a fair price and stand behind my work, then I feel like I have failed as your contractor.

Thank you again for taking the time to consider TCC for your next project. If you select me as your contractor, I promise I will do everything in my power to ensure you get the best experience possible!

Sincerely,
