“We have remodeled our previous homes in the past with other contractors. We’ve always had good experiences with other contractors, but TCC exceeded our expectations. It was without a doubt the best experience we’ve ever had start to finish!”
Jim & Kate
“We felt the most comfortable with TCC out of the numerous contractors we met. I am not totally convinced that Mike actually even sleeps, as he would respond at all hours of the day and night.”
Amy
“Mike and his crew have worked together for a longtime, it was obvious from the friendships and camaraderie. They delivered quality work and were not happy until we were happy.”

We had a great experience with The Construction Coordinators group on our kitchen remodel project. Everything was complete right on the exact timelines given. The designer was super helpful with helping us pick coordinating details. All of the subs worked so well together! I highly recommend this company. We will be using them again on future projects.Posted on Houzz
David & Jill176 days agoMike Jirik and his team at The Construction Coordinators, LLC (“CC Team”) did a fantastic job remodeling our home in Plymouth, Minnesota. The project was very comprehensive and involved the entire main floor of our home including a new kitchen, bathroom, living quarters, foyer, and stairs – and included new wood and tile floors, lighting, cabinetry, fireplace, and more. The CC Team from the designer to the contractors all provided quality workmanship and were very easy to work with. Further, the CC Team adhered to a strict schedule and completed work from demolition to the final walkthrough on schedule and all work was completed in two months, and on budget. We would highly recommend the CC Team for work on a home remodeling project!Posted on Houzz

Shay Farmer182 days agoOur home renovation was done professionally, on time, on budget and turned out better than we could have dreamed! I loved having a project plan laid out so I could know what was going on each day. Mike kept in close contact with us throughout the project and rolled with changes we made. He kept disruption to a minimum and set clear expectations on when we could access certain things (ex. kitchen sink). I couldn’t recommend TCC more. We are so impressed with the final product and the incredible management of the process.Posted on Houzz
Julie Neville183 days agoWe were hesitant to start our owner suite remodel because we weren't sure what we wanted and we had heard about so many remodels that had gone wrong (delays, over budget, poor craftsmanship, etc). Our neighbor highly recommended Mike. After meeting with him, we knew he was the right fit for us. As a certified project manager (non-construction), I appreciated the detailed plan and budget that Mike put together. His communication was top notch throughout. Work was done when it was supposed to be done and was of the highest quality. All of the contractors were highly skilled and great to work with, just like Mike. We are very pleased with our remodel and will definitely call Mike when we are ready to start on our next project.Posted on Houzz

We did countertops and under cabinet lighting with a cabinet modification and new appliances. Mike is great to work with and very accommodating he kept everything right on schedule.Posted on HouzzRichard Wedmann183 days agoWe have used Mike and his team for several projects. From a large, total house renovation to the most recent renovation, which was the Master bathroom and closet. Mike is incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. The crew's craftsmanship is impeccable, and the project was a stunning success. I highly recommend The Construction Coordinators for any project. I love the work they do, they always come in on budget, and the project is always completed on time!Posted on Houzz
Thea Kelly183 days agoMike and his team are wonderful! We remodeled our entire main level, including the kitchen. We were nervous about the project going over the estimated timeline since we have four teenagers and I work out of our home office. Several family and friends had gone through similar remodeling projects with other contractors, and they all took longer than expected. This was not the case with The Construction Coordinators. In fact, they finished a week ahead of schedule; even with a few changes I threw at them mid-project! We were always aware of who to expect at our home each day, and they always showed up on time and got the job done. We will certainly use Mike for future projects and would recommend his craftmanship and professionalism to anyone looking to update their home.Posted on Google
Dynamic Filmz1870 days agoMy wife and I could not have been more happy with the work that Mike and his crew did on our home. The project was very well coordinated. Mike was always quick to respond and react to questions and concerns both during and after the job was completed. In addition, if we had different ideas or changes along the way he was very open to them and had a "we can make that work" mentality rather than "you are crazy and that is going to cost a fortune." I attached a few photos of our kitchen and living room, but he also remodeled our master bedroom, closet, bathroom and garage entry. After every days work, they did a great job cleaning up and keeping the project organized. We received other quotes and The Construction Coordinators was very reasonable considering the quality and service that they provided. We will definitely hire them for the next project. Highly recommended!+2
